This new release includes numerious features, including better zeroconf support with avahi and now includes many apps that take advantage of it. We have also added network manager and gnome power manager for those of you running on laptops. It should also be noted that for automounting to work properly you will need Linux 2.6.16 or higher version.

This release also sports a new default icon set, Yasis, from our very own Silvestre Herrera (aka ertz).

GNOME 2.14 has many speed improvements that have come from the performance work, which started during GNOME 2.12.
