2006-06-28 Dagmar d'Surreal <rivyqntzne@tznvy.pbz>

	Released package 1.4.4-i686-1. (Dropline 2.14.2)

	* Rename patch: The gnupg-1.4.0-keyserverbeta.patch patch has been
renamed to gnupg-1.4.0-autokeyretrieve.patch in order to more closely
reflect what it actually *does*, which is to enable automatic key
retrieval as the default behaviour. That it adds a commented entry
for the beta keyserver doesn't actually change any functionality.

	* build: Updated source release to 1.4.4. This release fixes a bug
whereby someone could submit a really long message packet and crash
gnupg. It doesn't appear that this could be used to do anything but
irritate the heck out of someone, but it's still recommended that you
update to this version of GnuPG. See the CVE entry for more detail:
	http://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2006-3082

2006-04-04 Dagmar d'Surreal <rivyqntzne@tznvy.pbz>

	Released package 1.4.3-i686-1. (Dropline 2.14)

	* build: Updated source release to 1.4.3. This actually gets some of
the photo-id stuff working with Seahorse 0.9.0. (Yay!)

Note: We *may* need a patch to fix signing IDs with seahorse according
to sadam (one of the seahorse devs). If signing IDs doesn't work for
you, let me know and I'll add the patch from the following location
	http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=319409#c13 and we'll do
	another release.

2006-03-09 Dagmar d'Surreal <rivyqntzne@tznvy.pbz>

	Released package 1.4.2.2-i686-1. (Dropline 2.12.3)

	* build: Upgraded source release to 1.4.2.2. This addresses a serious
issue where gnupg might *not* detect unsigned data injected into a
signed file (either before, or after the signed part). This issue has
been listed as CVE-2006-0049. Upgrading to this version is STRONGLY
	RECOMMENDED.

2005-09-19 Dagmar d'Surreal <rivyqntzne@tznvy.pbz>

	Released package 1.4.2-i686-2. (Dropline 2.12)

	* build: No actual changes from the previous version. We're just
rebuilding this so that the build scripts wind up in the package
which allows other people to replicate the build. Added the
makecheck to the build as a sanity check.

2005-07-29 Dagmar d'Surreal <rivyqntzne@tznvy.pbz>

	Released package 1.4.2-i686-1.

	* build: Upgraded source package to 1.4.2.

2005-03-17 Dagmar d'Surreal <rivyqntzne@tznvy.pbz>

	Released package 1.4.1-i686-1.

	* Initial production release for Gnome 2.10/Slackware 10.1. Updated
the source code to 1.4.1. No other changes.

2005-03-09 Dagmar d'Surreal <rivyqntzne@tznvy.pbz>

	Released package 1.4.0-i686-3.

	* gnupg-1.4.0-keyserverbeta.patch: Modifies the options.skel just a
bit so that PGP.com's keyserver-beta makes it into the list of
commented out alternatives. Also enables automatic downloading of
missing public keys in the default config skeleton. It's assumed
that since this is the main user-apparent difference between 1.4.x
and 1.2.x that you wouldn't be instaling this package if you didn't
want this particular feature. Since the patch only modifies the
skeletal (default) config, users who have been using gnupg already
will be unaffected by this (no one should be suprised). It *does*
make life a little easier when using Evolution.

2004-12-22 Dagmar d'Surreal <rivyqntzne@tznvy.pbz>

	Released package 1.4.0-i686-2.

	* build: Chickened out and stopped adding the suid bit to the gpg
binary. I've no reason to believe that it's doing it improperly,
but since no one's asking for it, the original Slackware package
doesn't include it, and since not having it doesn't break anything
super-duper serious compared to how easy it is for people to put
it back if they want it, well... there's more reasons against it
	than there are for it.

2004-12-22 Dagmar d'Surreal <rivyqntzne@tznvy.pbz>

	Released package 1.4.0-i686-1

	* build: Updated to the new source release. Set the PKG_DOCFILES to
match exactly what is in gnupg.spec. Also disabled use of the IDEA
patent algorithm to fend off nasty lawyers. Change the install
target to install-strip for size considerations.

	* desc: Updated the description to match exactly what is in the
	provided gnupg.spec.

2004-12-15 Dagmar d'Surreal <rivyqntzne@tznvy.pbz>

	Released package 1.2.6-i686-1.

	* *: Initial release. The only real difference between this and
the Slackware version (aside from the source version update) is that
we're passing a few superfluous configuration arguments--and maybe
copying a few more documentation files over.

	* .: Don't try to upgrade to gnupg-1.2.6. For some reason it always
fails when trying to create a new ~/.gnupg directory and we can't
	have that happening.
