Hello, from time to time things start to go ahead slightly faster. Ok, just as an quick update, I am working now in the DLG 51 version of the desktop. So please note few things. The packages right now have to be installed manually and in the following way. First you need to install the
DLG_50 branch, as there are many packages that the DLG_51 still shares with the previous version.
So get the packages here.. After you got them downloaded and installed please download also the
pacakages you find in the DGL_51 branch from here. and do the famous:
upgradepkg –install-new *.txz
After this you should be able to start the gnome desktop by simply issue:
startgnomewayland
script from your user terminal login.
Dont forget to report for troubles and problems, I hope to have an installer ready after I finalize all packages.
